Dobi Pro is a smart linen management platform developed by AMAST Technology. Dobi Pro is an end-to-end solution. It includes RFID tags that are embedded in linen items, handheld or fixed RFID scanners used at key checkpoints, and a cloud-based software dashboard that consolidates all scan data in real time. You get hardware, software, and ongoing support in one package.

Yes. The RFID tags used in Dobi Pro are rated for industrial laundry use — they withstand high-temperature washing, tumble drying, and chemical detergents. Each tag is designed to last through hundreds of wash cycles, making them a one-time investment per linen item.
RFID scanning achieves near 100% accuracy and eliminates human counting errors entirely. Manual counting is prone to miscounts, especially at high volumes or under time pressure. With RFID, every scan is logged with a timestamp and discrepancies are flagged automatically — no guesswork involved.
Yes. Every time an item is scanned before or after a wash, Dobi Pro increments its wash cycle counter. This lets you monitor linen lifespan and proactively plan replacements before quality deteriorates — reducing unexpected losses and keeping your linen inventory in top condition.

Every scan creates a timestamped digital record. When linen is handed from a hotel to a laundry — and returned — both parties confirm quantities via the system. Any discrepancy between dispatched and returned counts is flagged immediately. Instead of arguing over numbers, both sides refer to the same auditable data trail.
After a linen delivery or return, customers receive a QR code linked to that transaction. Scanning it confirms the exact items received and creates a shared, tamper-proof record for both the hotel and laundry. This eliminates paper dockets and ensures both parties are always aligned on quantities.
Yes. Commercial laundries operating multiple hotel contracts can manage each client separately from a single Dobi Pro dashboard. Linen counts, histories, and reports are kept distinct per client — making it easy to handle billing, accountability, and reporting for each property independently.
