AMAST Dobi Pro is an RFID-powered linen management platform designed for the hospitality industry. It automates the counting, tracking, and verification of linens at every stage of the laundry cycle — from collection at a hotel, through washing and finishing, to clean delivery back to the customer. RFID tags embedded in linens are scanned at 7 key checkpoints, and customers confirm receipt via a QR code.

Yes, RFID tags need to be attached or sewn into linens for the system to track them. Our team handles the tagging process during onboarding. The tags are durable, laundry-safe, and designed to withstand hundreds of wash cycles. We provide guidance and support throughout the initial tagging setup.

Dobi Pro supports all major linen categories used in hospitality — bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, bath towels, hand towels, table napkins, tablecloths, staff uniforms, and more. The system categorises each item type during sorting so you get granular data by category.
By scanning at 7 checkpoints throughout the cycle, the system creates a complete chain of custody for every item. Discrepancies between pickup counts and return counts are flagged immediately, pinpointing exactly where a loss occurred. This accountability dramatically reduces shrinkage and disputes between hotels and laundries.
Yes. AMAST Dobi Pro includes a real-time monitoring dashboard accessible from any web browser. You can view current linen status by batch, customer, or location, track cycle times, access historical reports, and export data for auditing or billing purposes.
 
At the point of delivery, the laundry generates a delivery QR code linked to the batch. The hotel staff or authorised recipient scans the QR code using a smartphone, which digitally confirms receipt of the specified number and type of items. This creates a tamper-proof digital record for both parties.
The main hardware required is handheld RFID scanners (provided or sourced through AMAST) and RFID laundry tags for your linens. The platform runs in the cloud, so no dedicated server infrastructure is required. Existing smartphones can handle the QR code delivery confirmation on the customer side.
